580 weighing indicator battery install step

There are two kinds of batteries inside 580 indicator, one is Ni-H battery showed as following picture

W: 67mm
L：86mm

H: 23mm

Ni-H rechargable battery 7.2V/3300mAh

 

Another is CR1220 button battery showed as picture 

 

How to install Ni-H battery

1. Release the screws

2. Release the connector beside the antenna
3. Release the connector in another corner
4. release two connector in the middle of indicator

 

5. release the data connector
6. Release the screw on the cover of battery

7 Put Ni-H battery inside, better stick with double-side glue

8. Fixed the cover with screws and link the data cable at first
9. Link the two connectors in the middle of indicator

10.Link the connector near the antenna

11. Link the connector at the another corner(it’s power connector)
12. Fix the screws
13. Trun on and check
